Unsettled is a mini sundial that never shows the right time. It was inspired by the thistles I saw along the road to the Gediz Delta, a place I visited almost every day throughout the summer. Taking the shape of the thistle as a starting point, I reimagined it as a sundial, creating a miniature object that reflects the changing nature of time.
Like a roly-poly toy, the sundial does not stand properly on the ground.
